How do you get to do celebritys hairstyles?

Do you have to work up to it, or what? I wanted to be a hair stylist and makeup artist when I'm 18 (4 years away :D) also I was thinking about moving to Hollywood or somewhere around there to see if I could possibility work for a studio that does music videos. :)
