Do I eat healthy suggestions?

Very well. And I'm the same way, I NEED to eat something before I do something active, but it can't be too much or too little (I'm not diabetic but I think I might be hypoglycemic). There really aren't any suggestions I can think of as long as you keep doing what you're doing! Except when you're too busy to exercise, just try to walk around as much as you can, and remember that walking like you're in a hurry to get somewhere counts as cardio.
