How To Make a song, help please!?

I want to make a song, and i want it to sound professional. i would go to a studio but i want to do it myself. i need a Program that is easy to use/pick up. Money doesn't matter. I need it to have a good auto tune, and the right effects to back up the auto tune such as reverb? any one know of any good software i can use? Thanks :)
