I want to get really good at ballet! I need some helpful pointers and tips (:?
Hi! I'm sixteen years old and I want to get very good at ballet! I know I will never ever be professional because let's face it, I'm just to old already! But that's okay, I'm doing this for myself because ballet makes me happy so enough of my rambling. I need to know what the perfect diet for a ballerina is? I need to know what foods to eat and what foods not to eat because ballerinas need strong lean and not to mention light bodies. Their cores need to be strong because ballet is all about balance and flexibility and I don't need any extra fat or toxins weighing me down. Also private, full-time ballet instruction is out of the question for me, although I do have a ballet class once a week. Is there anything I can do at home to improve? Is there anything I can do to gain more flexibility impeccably quick? Nos stupid comments please! I'm being serious! All helpful answers are appreciated! Thank you :)
