Double take studios photoshoot scam?

I have recently signed up to doubletake studios experience for 15pound sounded good. Now i find out that they want us to have photos taken in our underware from the website and there are loads of bad reviews about it. I checked the t&cs and there is a �125 no show charge or �100 cancelation as it was 14 days ago that the appointment was booked. I dont want to go anymore and have got rid of my bank account so that they cant fine me. However im scared that they can take me to court or something ??? please help
